If someone makes a donation, it will be recorded on the backers tab on your fundraising page and also on your backers list which can be downloaded from your GoGetFunding dashboard.

As we rely on an automated message from your payment processor to confirm the transaction has completed successfully before updating your campaign, there can be a delay of up to 48 before the donation appears (though in most cases it is instant).

If the donor has confirmed funds have left their account, but they are still not showing on your campaign page, please let us know so that we can check with your chosen payment processor as to why we have not received their notification.

Please be assured that if the donation is not displayed on the page, the funds will still be safely in your designated payment account, we just need to update your campaign to reflect the donation.
