PayPal account not connecting / accepted
Here is some simple trouble shooting advice if you are unable to connect your PayPal account:
1. Please ensure that you are entering a VERIFIED email address that is associated with a VERIFIED PayPal account.
If you are not verified, when you login to PayPal, just below your personalized welcome message it will say 'Status: Unverified'. That will also show steps on how to get verified. You also need to make sure that you've clicked on the email verification link that PayPal sends you when you create a new account. You can find out if your PayPal email is verified by viewing your PayPal account profile
2. Ensure you enter all names displayed in your PayPal welcome message.
Please ensure that you enter your name exactly as shown on your account (with your middle name following your first name, if applicable). PayPal shows the exact name they have registered for you when you login to PayPal (see the welcome message near the top of the page or in your profile box in the top right hand corner of the screen).
